Located in a quiet residential neighborhood two miles north of the zócalo or main plaza, two blocks from Avenida Zapata (with all public transportation), seven blocks walk from Cuernavaca’s best language school, Universidad Internacional (see separate category) and with radio taxi service available within ten minutes. If temperatures fall unusually low in December/January, the pool heat will be discontinued temporarily. Heat was not discontinuted at any time the last two years.
On a beautiful residential street with 24-hour security at street entrance. This lovely villa contains three rental units, two studios and one large one-bedroom unit, all with a view of the heated swimming pool and the mountains. It is built on the side of a ravine with no elevator so the lower units require some stair climbing. All units are completely furnished including cable-color television, wireless internet, Netflix, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator, complete kitchen utensils, bottled water, all linens, hair dryer, iron, and twice-weekly maid service. Inexpensive laundry service is available nearby. An iron and ironing board are available on the premises. No extra charge for high-speed cable or wireless internet access for your laptop or other device. Netflix included. BALCONY SUITE, ONE-BEDROOM THIS UNIT HAS BEEN RENTED INDEFINITELY.
Sleeps three comfortably, four if needed. There is a double bed in the studio and a day bed that converts to two singles in the entry room. Full-size bath, closet, kitchenette, dining table and chairs, living area with sofa and chairs, and a large balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains, garden, and pool .
TERRACE SUITE: STUDIO APARTMENT:
Sleeps two in twin beds or king size. Two flights from street level and one flight above the garden, it features a lovely outdoor terrace and a large picture window overlooking the pool. It has a small living room, full bath, and kitchenette.
Two week minimum stay.
PRICE: $300 US per week (returning guests only), $500 per two weeks, $650 per three weeks, $800 per month. Long term discount.
GARDEN SUITE: STUDIO APARTMENT:
Sleeps two in twin beds or king size. The same size as the terrace suite inside but larger living space because of a large-covered attached kitchen in the garden. It is three floors from street level but right in the garden and closest to the pool with a large picture window overlooking the pool.
Minimum Stay Two Weeks
PRICE: $300 US per week (returning guests only), $500 per two weeks, $650 per three weeks, $800 per month. Long term discount.
EXTRA BEDROOM Opposite the Terrace Suite is a small bedroom with double bed and large bath but no cooking facilities, available only for guests or children of a tenant, for $20 US per night.

N.B. Because this villa is built on a ravine with many steps and terraces, it is not a safe environment for young children though that option can be discussed with the owner.
RESERVATIONS: Unless booking with Trip Advisor, VRBO, or Sabbatical.com, send deposit of 50 percent of rental with balance 7 days prior to occupancy. My dates are still uncertain, depending on family plans here and there. Your places are lovely and basically exceed my expectations (and price!), and I do have one question — are there any bathtubs (Silly question I know, but a big plus for me if so!.) This rental would be for approx. 3 weeks in August and I will of course advise as soon as possible.
